Bridge
Auditdata Bridge is a Noah connector designed to store patient and Noah-related information in a cloud database. It enables Manage users to:
- Start Noah modules for a patient;
- Enter patient data;
- Measure the hearing loss of patients;
- Conduct hearing aid fittings using Noah-certified modules.
Bridge can be launched directly from the PATIENT module in Manage. To do so, search and open a patient. On the SUMMARY tab, click the Bridge icon
. Then "Allow the website to open Bridge Desktop Client". If Auditdata Bridge is installed on your PC, the app will open ready to be used.
Offline mode
Bridge can also be started in the offline mode when there is limited or no interned access. Client data can then be synced back to the online database.
Before Bridge can be launched in the offline mode, it must first be run online.
You can launch Bridge locally from the Start menu on your PC.
Listo
Manage practice management system allows for seamless integration with Listo Hearing Screening, a cost-effective hearing self-screening solution that helps generate valuable leads.
Marketing specialists can monitor how many leads are generated by Listo in order to optimize their screening processes.
PREREQUISITES
- Manage and Listo locations must be synchronized. Inactive Manage locations will not be synchronized with Listo.
- Only the following fields can be made mandatory for a patient lead: first name, last name, date of birth and email address (configured in Manage, ENVIRONMENT SETTINGS > PATIENT SETTINGS > MANDATORY FIELDS).
- All fields that are mandatory in Manage must be completed in Listo. Otherwise, a patient lead will not be created.
When Listo successfully generates a lead in Manage, the following information is auto-completed.
On the INFO TAB, location is pre-filled for the lead (visible both in VIEW and EDIT modes) and the lead source is set to 'Listo Hearing Screening' (can be viewed in EDIT mode only).
On the SUMMARY TAB, hearing test results and a lead's phone number are recorded in the NOTE section.
If the 'email address' field is completed in Listo, the lead's email is transferred to the section CONTACT INFORMATION in Manage.
NOTE:
- The lead is not created if a lead or a patient with the same FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, DATE OF BIRTH already exists in Manage.
- The lead is not created if the location selected in Listo is inactive in Manage.
- If the TITLE selected in Listo is inactive, deleted or missing in Manage, the title is not added to the created lead.
