FINANCE module allows for automatic payment processing and easy search for patient sale information.

Process bulk payments

Bulk payments enable users to send multiple payments at once, eliminating the need to create a payment for each patient individually.

All bulk payments are listed on this tab. Priority ordering is available for: Status, Initiator, Date.  To create a payment batch:
  1. Click +BULK PAYMENTS
  2. Select payment method
  3. Choose payment date
  4. Under INVOICES, use filters to find invoices
    1. To include all invoices, select the top checkbox in the header row.
  5. Having selected the invoices, click CREATE PAYMENTS in the bottom right corner.
After a bulk payment is processed, you can verify the status and the number of completed payments.

Handle HSP claims

Battery and maintenance 
Here users can create requests for battery support. The system will generate maintenance claims for any active patient whose plan is set to expire within the chosen period and who has an attached HSP voucher. To generate a claim:
  1. Select a date range and location
  2. Choose patients with plan expiration dates within the selected date range
  3. Click GENERATE CLAIMS
  4. On the dialog, complete all required fields
  5. Click GENERATE
 Patients whose claims were successfully generated will be removed from the list.

Claims 
On this tab, you can manage HSP claims and track their status. Use the STATUS filter to find and start processing the following types of claims:
  1. Draft
  2. Ready to send
Sent claims have a Batch ID listed in their entries.
To process claims by HSP, click EXPORT CLAIMS. Selected claims with the 'Ready to send'  status will then be exported to a CSV file. This file can then be uploaded to the HSP portal via the corresponding user account.
A claim can be created only if an HSP voucher was issued more than 48 hours ago, unless this restriction is turned off in the Environment settings.

Claims already processed by HSP can be:
  1. Approved
  2. Partially approved
  3. Rejected
To upload the claims file already processed by HSP, click IMPORT CLAIMS. After the .CSV import file is uploaded in Manage, the claims' statuses will be updated accordingly.

Export history 
This tab will display all exported HSP claims. You can use the START DATE/END DATE fields to narrow down the list. To view the actual export file:
  1. Select the HSP EXPORT.CSV
  2. Left click the file to initiate the download process
From this tab, you can also access your HSP account. To do so, click HSP PORTAL.

Search patient sale

From this tab, users can search for a patient sale or create a fast track sale.
  1. To find an existing sale, start typing or paste an entire invoice or a quote number
  2. To view a sale, left click on the respective entry
Click CANCEL in the lower right corner to go back to the search results.

Create a fast track sale
A fast track sale can be created for non-serialized items only.
The process of adding a fast track sale is essentially the same as in the PATIENTS module > PATIENT SALE tab. A linked appointment is not required for this type of sale. For details, view the PATIENTS' module description.

If the patient was specified, the newly created sale will appear on the PATIENT SALE tab of this patient's profile.
