Tab count settings

It is possible to enforce a maximum number of tabs that can be opened at once, either for a single user profile (via My profile) or company-wide (via Company settings).
Environment settings tab is always excluded from the maximum count (that is, if a user has already opened all allowed tabs, they can still open the Environment settings screen). The same applies to Patient cards.
With restrictions set at both levels, MY PROFILE settings take precedence over the company settings.
  1. For example, if a user has a 4-tab limit in their profile but the company allows 5 tabs, this user would only be able to open 4 tabs at once.
  2. The absolute maximum of allowed tabs is 20.
To access Tab count settings:
  1. Click the User menu icon () on the top right corner of any screen.
  2. Go to MY PROFILE > SETTINGS or COMPANY SETTINGS > DEFAULT SETTINGS depending on where you need to establish the limitation.
