Add discount or product with negative quantity to an HSP Claim [Australia]

In the Manage OMS, to add a product onto a claim with a negative amount, the product itself has to have a default quantity of -1. The field is on the right hand side of the window:

Set this to -1, then add it to the Accessories window on the HSP Claim.
