Message "Cashbox needs to be open" is displayed during a sale
In case during a sale you've got a message "Cashbox needs to be open" when the payment method is cash, the problem might be in the office you are working with. Cashbox needs to be open for the specific office. Please select the office in the top right corner of Strato first, and then proceed with the cashbox.
You need to set Expected and Actual cash amounts. They needs to be equal (for example according the last sale, we should have 200 Euros), otherwise you'll cash difference.
