can easily track and manage daily tasks and appointments from the dashboard. By
utilizing various sorting options, users can efficiently prioritize and address
unfinished assignments, ensuring the timely completion of pending and proper handling of overdue
tasks.
Monitor and manage tasks
By default, tasks are sorted by date and time and then by priority (in this order: high - medium - low).
Users can sort tasks by any column except DUE DATE ALERT.
The column DUE DATE ALERT has color codes indicating how close the task is to the due date or if the task is overdue:

Sorting parameters will be applied in this order:
- Chosen parameter
- Date and time (always in descending order)
- Priority (high – medium – low)
When sorting by the ASSIGNED TO parameter A-Z, Unassigned tasks will appear at the top of the list.
EXAMPLE: To sort tasks by category, click on the name of the column CATEGORY.
The tasks are sorted in the following order:
- By category (A-Z) in descending order .
- Tasks with the same category are sorted by DATE and TIME in descending order.
- Tasks with the same due date and time are sorted by PRIORITY (high - medium - low).
Coordinate daily appointments
From the dashboard, users can review appointments for the current date scheduled across different locations. Accessing appointment information for multiple locations simplifies scheduling and improves efficiency.
Appointments are arranged in chronological order,
starting from the earliest and ending with the latest scheduled for the day. To view, modify, or update appointment information, click on
the respective appointment entry within the list.
