Average adjustment time

This adds up all actions from the agenda that have to do with an adjustment. The whole is divided over the number of hearing aids sold in the period mentioned (365, 90 and 30 days ago).
In this way, one can see in one overview whether the average adjustment time is increasing or decreasing.

Average probation period

This calculates the average trial period within the specified periods by adding the number of days between the trial date and the sales date and dividing this by the number of hearing aids sold within the same period.

Average Order Value

This calculates the average invoice amount within the 3 periods. It shows whether the average of your invoices is increasing or decreasing.

Number of negative tests

The number of negative tests is shown over the 3 periods mentioned. A negative test is determined when a hearing aid is removed from a trial voucher and it has been indicated that the reason for removal concerns 'negative test'.

Number of hearing aids reserved

Shows the number of hearing aids that have been ordered by name. These hearing aids have already been purchased but not yet put on trial.

This figure represents your future adjustment pressure.

Number of devices ordered

The number shows the number of hearing aids that have been ordered by name but have not yet been received.
