Error message "Not licensed Measurement Device"



Having the above error in the lower left corner of your Primus software might mean that the hardware has been detected by the software, but the Primus device had been disabled in Sound Control Panel of Windows.

Steps to resolve the problem:

1. Right click on the Sound Icon on the Taskbar of Windows and select Open Sound Settings.

2. Select Sound Control Panel.

3. Right click on the Primus device and Enable it.



Afterwards, the issue is likely to be resolved. If not, the issue might be in a license, please contact support for further troubleshooting.
