Fast-Track Invoices are designed for a sale that requires less information than the traditional device sale. Designed to be a simple sale, Fast-Track Invoices cannot have funding sources or products that require a serial number. Fast-Track Invoices can only have up to five different products and only one method of payment recorded.
The fast-track battery invoices can be used if the patient has been sold a HA out of Aurora with the battery field referenced, it will prompt you to update the battery size L/R in Patient Information. You can also manually update this information on the Details tab. The battery icon allows you to do a Fast-Track Invoice IF the battery has been referenced to a product # in Config>Patient Battery Sizes, eg:
If you have sold a HA to a patient which references a battery size in Product Information, you will be able to click to quickly create a battery invoice; all you have to do is click the icon then update the Qty.
