How to use KPI reports in Strato?

KPI reports in Strato are created to help customers operate and work with the data in a better way.
Currently there are 5 available KPI reports. They are for free and visible for all the Auditdata clients:
  1. Appointments during the last 12 months;
  1. Calendar Stats;
  1. HI delivered during the last 12 months;
  1. HI Units invoiced;
  1. New clients during the last 12 months.

 

Appointments during the last 12 months

With this report you can easily check the number of appointments that were created not more than 1 year ago in Strato:


  1. In this field you can set up the time frame for the past appointments. Please note that it cannot be more than 1 year.
  2. Here you can select the level of information hierarchy;
  3. Several options can be chosen here: Click to turn on Drill down, Filters, Focus mode. By clicking on 3 dots, you can access a few more options, among them – export the data to CSV or XLSX file or sort the data.
  4. Here you can filter the required data by Office & User, Month, Type, Status, Outcome or Referral. 

Calendar Stats

In this report you can get a general information about all the appointments in Strato during the last 2 years:

  1. In this field you can set up the time frame for the past appointments;
  2. Please use this filter to select required appointment types;
  3. Here you can check how many appointments were booked NOT in the working time frame;
  4. In this field you can expand or minimize the information about how many appointments were cancelled or effective, including by appointment type;
  5. Several options can be chosen here: Click to turn on Drill down, Filters, Focus mode. By clicking on 3 dots, you can access a few more options, among them – export the data to CSV or XLSX file or sort the data;
  6. A table with all the data from point 4 is available here;
  7. Here you can check the information of many appointments per office were booked, check booking ratio, cancellation ratio and productivity;
  8. Here you can filter the required data by Store or Employee.

HI Units invoiced

In this report you can check how many hearing instruments were delivered during the last 12 months:


  1. In this table you can see how many HI were invoiced in total by every month;
  2. Several options can be chosen here: Filters, Focus mode. By clicking on 3 dots, you can access a few more options, among them – export the data to CSV or XLSX file or sort the data;
  3. In this table you can see the total amount of invoiced HI during the last 12 months;
  4. Here you can filter the required data by Category, Type, Service Program or ASP.

HI delivered during the last 12 months

With this report you can easily check the number of hearing instruments that were delivered not more than 1 year ago in Strato:


  1. In this field you can set up the time frame for the past appointments. Please note that it cannot be more than 1 year;
  2. Here you can select the level of information hierarchy;
  3. Several options can be chosen here: Click to turn on Drill down, Filters, Focus mode. By clicking on 3 dots, you can access a few more options, among them – export the data to CSV or XLSX file or sort the data;
  4. Please use this filter bar to select one or several offices or users;
  5. Here you can filter the required data by Month, Office or User.

New clients during the last 12 months

With this report you can check the number of new clients that were added during the last 12 months:


  1. In this field you can set up the time frame for the past appointments. Please note that it cannot be more than 1 year;
  2. Here you can select the level of information hierarchy;
  3. Several options can be chosen here: Click to turn on Drill down, Filters, Focus mode. By clicking on 3 dots, you can access a few more options, among them – export the data to CSV or XLSX file or sort the data;
  4. Here you can filter the required data by Month, Office/User, Status, Referral or Age.
