Inactive HA display in Summary, how to fix

Inactive HA display in Summary, how to fix

When a serial number is changed on a Repair, and the old s/n marked as inactive, the Summary Patient screen does not take into account the "Inactive" status.

Note: When a serial number is exchanged in a repair, we add the trx to "Competitive HA's".

In HA History, as you can see in this picture, the first line (the original sale) is actually inactive.

In the above example, where the repair is the second line, you can edit the entry in competitive HA’s.  Change the date to be one date newer ie in this instance 13/07/2017 so that the summary screen sees this as a newer transaction.

Now if I look at the summary screen.

It shows the 13/07/2017 date.
