How do I remove a resource?

How do I remove a resource?

In Auditbase it is possible to delete a resource which has no bookings attached to it. This sometimes is necessary when a resource has been created in error.

To delete an empty resource:

1. Open System Administration.

2.  Open Client Scheduling > Appointment Definitions > Resources.

3. Select the resource which needs to be removed.

4. Press Delete

If a resource has been used then you won't be able to delete it but you can hide it from view by outdating it.

To Outdate a Resource:

1. Open System Administration
2. Open Client Scheduling > Appointment Definitions > Resources
3. Select the Resource which is to be outdated.
4. Tick the box outdated
