Lost connection

Lost connection

The audiometer can lose its connection from Symphony when the Bluetooth signal is either lost or weak. Bluetooth communications are limited to a distance of 30 ft. (~ 10 meters), so the audiometer must be within this range in order to connect to Symphony.

1. Try moving the audiometer closer to the computer and re-connecting, if distance appears to be a factor.

2. Try removing and re-inserting the Bluetooth adapter. You must restart Symphony if you removed and re-inserted the adapter while Symphony is still open or the audiometer will fail to connect.
