Marketing management


For marketing purposes, users can create a number of campaigns. The list of available campaigns can be ordered by status (active/inactive), name, start date, end date.

Manage campaigns

  1. To add a campaign, use the corresponding control +CAMPAIGN. Make sure that the name is unique.
  2. To EDIT/DELETE a campaign, hover over the selected campaign and click .

Assign campaigns

It is possible to select any active campaign for a patient (lead) in SCHEDULER and in the PATIENT profile.
In SCHEDULER:
  1. Click CREATE/EDIT APPOINTMENT
  2. Open the dropdown SHOW OPTIONS
  3. Choose a campaign
In the existing PATIENT profile:
  1. Navigate to PERSONAL INFO tab
  2. Click EDIT in the top right corner
  3. Go to the section MARKETING INFORMATION
  4. Choose a campaign
When adding a new PATIENT/LEAD:
  1. Go to the section MARKETING INFORMATION
  2. Choose a campaign

Track campaigns

Users can tack the effectiveness of their campaigns via Marketing reports in the REPORTS module.
