For marketing purposes, users can create a number of campaigns. The list of available campaigns can be ordered by status (active/inactive), name, start date, end date.
Manage campaigns
- To add a campaign, use the corresponding control +CAMPAIGN. Make sure that the name is unique.
- To EDIT/DELETE a campaign, hover over the selected campaign and click .
Assign campaigns
It is possible to select any active campaign for a patient (lead) in SCHEDULER and in the PATIENT profile.
In SCHEDULER:
- Click CREATE/EDIT APPOINTMENT
- Open the dropdown SHOW OPTIONS
- Choose a campaign
In the existing PATIENT profile:
- Navigate to PERSONAL INFO tab
- Click EDIT in the top right corner
- Go to the section MARKETING INFORMATION
- Choose a campaign
When adding a new PATIENT/LEAD:
- Go to the section MARKETING INFORMATION
- Choose a campaign
Track campaigns
Users can tack the effectiveness of their campaigns via Marketing reports in the REPORTS module.
