Measure Software Installation - Language Selection Issue

Description: 
The installation of the Measure software on the laptop fails to proceed after setting the default language to English (United States). There is no response, and the installation process does not continue. A similar issue occurs when English (United Kingdom) is selected as the default language, resulting in the installation not advancing. This issue prevents the software from being installed on the system after changing the language settings.

Cause of the Issue:
The PC has two languages configured, with the Other language set as the default. This language setting conflict is preventing the installation of the Measure software when trying to switch to English (United States) or English (United Kingdom).

Resolution:
1. Set the PC language to US (English):
   - Navigate to the Control Panel > Clock, Language, and Region > Language.
   - Under the Preferred languages section, click Add a language and select English (United States).
   - Set it as the default language and restart the system if prompted.

2. Restart the machine:
   - Click on the Start menu, select Restart from the power options, and confirm the restart.

3. Install the Measure software:
   - Download the Measure software installation package from the official website or provided link.
   - Once downloaded, open the installer and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process.
   - After installation, restart the machine again if prompted to finalize the setup.

The system will now be set to US language, with the Measure software successfully installed.
