Noah SOAPClientException errors

Noah SOAPClientException errors

If you are getting errors such as this: SOAPClientException

It may be that either your Noah PC server is being turned off or the internet or network connection is going down on occasion.  Try to log onto the Noah server to see if it comes back with a message such as "remote computer is turned off or off the network" or similar. 

When it is not available, patients will not flow through and will error as can be seen on this report. Please ensure you 

A) have the Noah PC 

B) your static IP address on the Noah server hasn't changed 

C) your router or network setting have not changed. 

Once these are confirmed, clear the faults and see if they go through
