OTOPod Service is not running
If you
get this message, the OTOPod Service failed to start with Windows. To re-start
the service, perform the following:
1. Open
the Task Manager:
a. Press the
CTRL, SHIFT, and ESC keys to open the Task Manager.
b. Click on
the Services tab.
c. Right-click
on OTOPod Service and select Start
