T obtain a list of all hearing aid sales, Go to:
Reports & Inquiries>CRM & Marketing>Patient Inquiry
In the filters options click on Sales History Selection, then check
the boxes Use Sales History, Select HA Only and Detailed Hearing Aid
Export. A new screen will open automatically.
The most important field on this screen is the last one: Include
Competitive Aids. Set this as required then press OK, then on the next
screen OK again.
You will be back at the original Patient Inquiry screen. Use the
icon up top and press Continue, to eventually obtain a list of everyone
who has sales.
Click the Excel Icon. Either select the fields you want to
include on the Excel export, paying particular to the last set of
fields which are related to the sales history, or click Select All to
include all fields on the excel sheet.
Press Continue. You will be prompted to open or save the file.
You may sort the document as required.
To sort in Excel
Highlight the text and in Excel
click on Data>Sort. Select the column(s) to sort on, then select
descending or ascending. It may ask you to sort anything that looks
like a number as a number - accept that suggestion.
