Primus does not recognize transducer - "Sound Booth Cable Connection" message

IMPORTANT
Please note that some transducers will only work with a Fitting unit that run with firmware version equal: 3.2.0.0.0247 or higher and Primus version 4.0
Check firmware procedure:
1. Please start the Audiometer software with the Fitting Unit connected to the PC
2. Go to the menu: “Tool” at the top
3. Select: “Update Firmware” in the menu
4. Under Audiometer hardware check that Current firmware version is equal or higher than: 3.2.0.0.0247 Installation procedure:
5. If this is not the case, please install the newest Audiometer software Primus version 4.0 that will prompt you to install the latest firmware
NOTE
1. If you get the following dialog in Audiometer software the: “Sound Booth Cable Connection”. This means you are running with an older firmware version that the transducer does not support, therefore update the firmware using the latest Audiometer software as above.
