Remove an Application User and/or Specialist who is no longer employed

To remove an Application User and/or Specialist who has left your employ

  1. Go to Config>System>Application User, select their user record, and mark it as inactive

If they are also a Specialist”

  1. Go to Config>Scheduler>Specialist, move the cursor to their record, and click the Expand/Contract icon in the Toolbar.
    1. Click the search button (or double click or press F4) on the Location for that specialist, and delete the Locations.
    2. Mark them as inactive.

Note: If you mark them as inactive you cannot run the appointment booking report for them. Uncheck inactive if you need to. You will not be able to make appointments because they are not active in any location.

You can still see the appointment history in the Patient file.
