Auidtdata One is a cloud solution that, along with other functionality, allows you to share your Primus Settings Profile and Test Definitions from cloud.
You need to obtain a Cloud license from Auditdata together with your login and password. The Cloud license and the Cloud credentials are required to first access the Cloud solution. In future, you will only need your login and password to access Auditdata Cloud.
To update Settings from Cloud, please do the following:
Make sure you create and set up a NETWORK PROFILE as described in steps 1-7 in the section SHARING PRIMUS SETTINGS OVER NETWORK
Log in to the Cloud, click the Settings wheel and then click the Common Settings tab in the left panel.
Here, you have the license code for the Cloud solution which you have previously entered in your Primus under Help > License Information > Licenses.
Ensure all the users in your network have entered the Cloud password in their Primus as well.
Next, in your Cloud go to Primus Administration > Primus Settings.
Here you need to upload to the Cloud your locally saved NETWORK PROFILE xml file by first clicking the UPLOAD button for Primus Settings File.
In the window that opens, click the central Drop files here area.
Locate the NETWORK PROFILE xml file saved on your PC and click Open.
To complete the file upload to the Cloud, click SEND.
You will get a Success message on your screen.
Now that the file is uploaded to the Cloud, the final thing to do is click Cloud Settings Enabled switch to enable sharing the NETWORK PROFILE settings to all the users in your network.
Every time your users start Primus, the settings from the Cloud will be applied to their local application ensuring you all the people in your organization have the same setup!
