General
On this tab, administrators can configure task visibility rules to determine whether users can access tasks beyond their designated locations. These settings apply to both Patients and Leads, helping organizations regulate task access across different departments, teams, or geographic areas.
Use the checkbox labeled "Restrict visibility of tasks outside of User's location" to allow or block access to tasks that fall outside a user’s assigned location.
- When enabled (default setting), users will only see tasks within their location.
- When disabled, users can view, edit, and delete tasks outside their location. However, the Location field will remain read-only during editing.
Statuses
This tab allows you to define and manage statuses that represent the progress of tasks — such as Active, In Progress, or Completed.

To create a new task status:
- Click the + STATUS button.
- Enter a name for the status (e.g., "In Review", "On Hold", "Pending Approval").
- Configure the appropriate status settings:
- "Active" is selected by default.
- Enabling "Completed" will automatically close tasks assigned this status.
- Click CREATE to save the new status.

To modify or remove an existing status:
- You can click directly on the status entry. On the Edit status page, you can modify the status settings or use
to delete the status.

- Alternatively, hover over the status row and click the options button
on the right to access edit and delete actions.
Categories
This tab allows you to create and customize different types of categories that can be assigned to tasks.
To add a new category:
- Click the + CATEGORY button.
- On the dialog, configure the category settings:
- The category is set to "Active" by default.
- If the category should be linked to a patient, enable the "Patient required" option.
- Enter a name for the category.
- Select a color to visually distinguish this category in the task list.
- Click CREATE to save the category.

To modify or remove an existing category:
- Click directly on the category entry. On the Edit category page, you can modify the category settings or use
to delete the category.

on the right to access edit and delete actions.
