Primus Fitting Unit (PFU) is displayed as Not connected
The status bar in Primus when device is Not connected:
Reconnect a USB cable and power supply
Try another USB port on the computer
If a connection is via hub/switch, connect directly to the computer
Check that the unit is displayed in Windows Device Manager under Sound devices
Additionally, the USB view program can be used to check if the device is visible by Windows. Download
Compare serial number of the device with Primus serial number
Check antivirus and Firewall, if they are not blocking Primus
Primus does not support Windows RT
