TYMP_Mira - Data Download Failure and Missing Software Communication License in Sentiero Desktop
Description: This guide addresses the issue where users encounter an error when attempting to download data from the Sentiero TYMP machine to Mira, indicating that the software communication license for the TYMP machine is missing.
This issue occurs when the TYMP device does not have a license for data handling in Mira (SW-COM). If storing and processing patient data in Mira is required, a license must be obtained.
The software license can be acquired through the Auditdata Sales team. Once obtained, the license file will be provided in the format: xxxx_License_yyyy-mm-dd_xx-xx-xx.palc, along with the LicenseUpgradeInstruction.pdf (attached here).
