Unable to load DLL 'SqlServerSpatial110.dll': The specified module could not be found

After Symphony 3 installation and it can't be opened.
The error "Unable to load DLL
The specified module could not be found" appears on start and also is visible in Symphony.log

Solution:
1. Visit official Microsoft website to access Microsoft® SQL Server® 2012 SP3 Feature Pack
2. Click Download.
3. Select the 2 items as on the screenshot:
 
4. Click Next to download them and install on the computer.

Afterwards, the Symphony 3 should work fine.
