What are the options for appointment reminders?
Any appointment type has these options for notifications:
- First SMS Reminder – SMS is being sent in 24 hours before appointment, if appointment is setup for 1 day in advance. If less than 24 hours left, instant SMS, if less than 4 hours – no SMS.
- Second SMS Reminder – the same as First SMS Reminder.
- Immediate SMS Reminder – instantly.
- E-mail Reminder – the same as First SMS Reminder.
- Immediate E-mail Reminder – instantly.
