When saving a patient with date of birth year 19XX, the date changes to 20XX

Case description:
You create a patient and set his birth year starting with 19XX.
After you've saved the client, its birth year has changed from 19XX to 20XX.

To resolve the problem, please close Strato, change the date formats on Windows settings (any other format different from the current one should work).
