My details

To get or change the user's information, go to the USER MENU () > MY PROFILE.
All fields (title, name, email, phone) are editable except for the top User name field that cannot be modified once the user has been created. 

Settings

On this tab, you can configure and view settings for:
  1. Last selected environment: this field will show which environment was used to log into the system or which environment was last selected via the USER MENU. Also, you can use the drop-down to switch between environments. To see changes, refresh the page.
  2. Tabs count: the maximum number of tabs that a user can open. 
  3. Scheduler view: configured view will appear when Scheduler is opened for the first time. After the Scheduler has been used, this field will display the last selected view.
Week start day determines the first day of the week in Scheduler and is inherited from COMPANY SETTINGS.
  1. Time format: 12 or a 24-hour clock formats are available to select from.
  2. Language: choose from any of the supported languages.
  3. Date format: chosen format will appear on the CREATE APPOINTMENT dialog in Scheduler.
Currency formatting (i.e., punctuation and display) is configured in COMPANY SETTINGS.

Change password 

Once they password has been set up, it may need to be changed occasionally. This function is designed so that each user can only change their own password as required. 
NOTE: Use your company requirements for password length and security. 

Locations

On this tab, a user will see all locations assigned to them. Assigning locations to a user can be done via COMPANY SETTINGS > USERS> [user] > LOCATIONS.
