Bridge - "Error: Cannot validate NOAH User"

Bridge - "Error: Cannot validate NOAH User"

Issue: Error message: "Cannot validate Noah User"

Root Cause: The Noah clientsettings.xml configuration file is not valid. The server name in this file is not set to “localhost”. As a result, Noah will attempt to connect to a Noah network server if this parameter is not set to “localhost”.  You can navigate to C:\ProgramData\HIMSA\Noah then open Clientsettings.xml

Search "ServerName" inside ClientSettings.xml and check the value of line <Data xsi:type="xsd:string">  </Data> is not set to localhost, this would likely cause the error "Can not validate Noah User".
.

Solution: When using a Noah OMS system like Bridge, this must be set to “localhost”. Changing this parameter to “localhost” should resolve the problem. To change this you need to navigate to C:\ProgramData\HIMSA\Noah then open Clientsettings.xml

Search for the ServerName inside ClientSettings.xml and change the value of line <Data xsi:type="xsd:string">localhost</Data> to localhost.
