Dashboard

Dashboard provides a quick overview of today’s tasks and appointments, allowing users to see upcoming visits and important activities without opening other modules in Manage.



Monitor and manage tasks

The Tasks section provides a quick overview of tasks assigned to a user for the day.

  1. Each task in the list displays key information, including the task name, category, location, etc.
  2. Initially up to 5 tasks are displayed, with the option to load more
  3. If a task name is too long, hovering over it will display the full task name.
Clicking a task in the list opens the Edit task page in a new tab, allowing the user to view or edit the task.



Coordinate daily appointments

The Appointments section displays all appointments scheduled for the current day. Appointments are arranged in chronological order, starting from the earliest and ending with the latest scheduled for the day. 

To view, modify, or update appointment information, click on the respective appointment entry within the list.

  1. Administrators can configure the Dashboard to exclude specific appointment statuses and reasons from the Appointments view (For details, see Dashboard settings)
  2. By default, appointments with the "Cancelled" status are excluded.
  3. Users with access to multiple locations can filter appointments by location. The selected location is saved across sessions and when switching tabs. 
Alert
If a Specialist is assigned to a user in Manage, the Location filter will not appear. In this case, the Dashboard displays only appointments linked to that Specialist.

Each appointment displays the patient’s preferred phone number, allowing users to quickly access contact details. Status icons are also displayed in the Appointments list on the Dashboard, providing quick visual cues without needing to open individual appointments.
