How to import Articles to Strato?

To import Articles to Strato, please do the following Steps:

1.       Please contact Auditdata support team to get the example of Excel file for importing Articles.

      2.      Fill in the required data according to your Strato setup. You can use these short explanations:

Column	Description
Name	Can't be skipped, free field
Description	Can be skipped, free field
ArticleNo	Can be skipped, can be assigned automatically or set manually
Type	Can't be skipped, should already exist in Strato
SubType	Leave blank
Supplier	Can be skipped, free field
SupplierArticleNo	Can be skipped, free field
PurchasePrice	Can be skipped, free field
RetailPrice	Can be skipped, free field
Reimbursement	Can be skipped, free field
SerialNumberDuty	Can be skipped, 1 - selected, 0 - not selected
InventoryDuty	Can be skipped, 1 - selected, 0 - not selected
Disabled	Can be skipped, 1 - selected, 0 - not selected
AvailableForOrder	Can be skipped, 1 - selected, 0 - not selected
OrderBlockedSince	Can be skipped, free field
Notes	Can be skipped, free field
Category	Can be skipped or should already exist in Strato
Manufacturer	Can be skipped or should already exist in Strato
TrackInHistory	Can be skipped, 1 - selected, 0 - not selected
Make	Can be skipped or should already exist in Strato
Model	Can be skipped or should already exist in Strato
Style	Can be skipped or should already exist in Strato

 

      3.       Save the changes and close the file.

​4.     In Strato, go to Article Explore and click Import – in the opened window please browse your file and click Import again:

    

      

     

      5.    By Clicking Open Import Log you can check the errors in case some of the articles were not imported.
