How to import Clients to Strato?

How to import Clients to Strato?

To import clients and their HI data to Strato, please do the following steps:  
  1.    Please contact Auditdata support to get the example of XML file for importing clients.
  2.    Fill in the required data according to these rules:
Patient Data tab
      Mandatory fields:
  •   *  First Name 

  •   *  Last Name 

  •   *  Office

  • Read-only (items should be present in Strato before import):

  •   *  Office

  •   *  Acoustician First Name

  •   *  Acoustician Last Name


HI Data tab

   All fields are mandatory except for Delivery Date, Warranty Date and Status. Quantity should be 1 for all records.  

      3.    Save the changes and close the file.  
      4.    In Strato, go to Client EXPLORE module and click on Import button. In the opened window select your XML file by clicking Browse and then Start import:

      5.     By clicking Open Import  Log  you can check the errors in case some of the clients or hearing instruments were not imported.
