Manage - Can't upload / view the uploaded document

Step 1: Check if the document is in supported formats: doc, docx, pdf, xls, xlsx, jpg, jpeg, png, txt, stl

  • Yes → Proceed to Step 2.

  • No → Ensure the document is in one of the supported formats. Convert the document to a supported format if necessary and re-upload.

Check if the issue is resolved

Step 2: Check the document size, maximum allowed - 50 MB

  • Yes → Proceed to Step 3.

  • No → Verify that the document size is less than 50 MB. Reduce the document size if needed and re-upload.

Check if the issue is resolved

Step 3: Was it uploaded as a sensitive document?

  • Yes → Click on the Filter icon and check the "Show sensitive documents" box.

  • No → Proceed to the Final Resolution Step.
