Measure - Ticking sound in the monitor headset

If you are still experiencing static and ticking noises in the monitor headset after updating your software to Measure 6.3, please follow the steps below to fully resolve
the issue:

1. Unplug your talkback microphone from the talkback microphone port on the underside of the audiometer and instead connect it to the ambient microphone port. Make sure your monitor headset remains connected to the same ports: the operator microphone and monitor headset ports.

2. Next, launch the Measure software.

3. Click the wrench icon located at the top of the screen, next to the Talk Over and Talk Back buttons.

4. In the Talk Back settings, open the dropdown menu and change the selection from "Talk Back Microphone" to "Ambient Microphone”. Then select OK.

5. Lastly, click on Equalizer, review the settings to ensure all values are set to 0dB, and save the changes by clicking Apply.
