Shipping Terms Summary

Auditdata ships worldwide via UPS, with products manufactured in Poland. For European customers, shipping options include: 

EXW (Ex Works): Customer arranges pickup and covers all costs beyond the factory. 
FCA (Free Carrier): Auditdata books collection using the customer’s freight forwarder account; the customer covers costs. 

Delivery Times:  EU: Estimated 2–4 business days.  No P.O. box deliveries.  Tracking provided upon shipment. 


Returns & Exchanges (SWAP, Repair, Warranty):  Contact Auditdata Service Team for a return ticket.  Warranty returns may qualify for a prepaid label.  Returns must be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
