Service Level Agreement Summary

Service Level Agreement Summary

The Client owns the transducer and is responsible for initiating the replacement process.

The calibration period starts when the client activates the transducer in Auditdata's software.

The client must provide accurate shipping details.

Auditdata ships the replacement within five business days after receiving the correct shipping details.

The client must return the old transducer within 30 business days of the SWAP invoice date. Failure to return it on time results in an invoice for a new transducer.

Clients should use the provided return package and label to send back old transducers.

Refurbished transducers have a three-month warranty, the same as new ones.

Auditdata covers refurbishment costs (e.g., cables, headbands, foam parts) if the transducer has normal wear and tear.

If a transducer is damaged beyond refurbishment (e.g., tampered with, misused), the client will be invoiced for a new one.

Shipping costs depend on the selected shipment terms.
