Use this tab to set how long a survey remains editable after it is created. You can enter a value in hours, with the following limits:
- Default: 24 h
- Minimum: 0 h
- Maximum: 10,000 h
- Format: Whole numbers only
This helps ensure surveys stay open for editing only as long as needed.
In addition to using surveys provided by Auditdata, it is possible to create your own templates. Also, you can edit, copy or delete selected templates via the ellipsis button (
).- To ADD a survey, click + SURVEY TEMPLATE.
- To COPY, EDIT, or DELETE an existing template, hover over that template and click
that appears on hover. - To quickly launch the EDIT mode for a selected template, click on that template in the template list.
Access designer mode
Survey designer contains a number of controls that can be used to create different types of client surveys templates: lifestyle, customer satisfaction, hearing aid use and many other.
To start configuring a survey template, navigate to the SETTINGS menu in the top right corner of any page in Manage. Then select ENVIRONMENT SETTINGS.
Create a template
To create a survey template, select an input type by clicking the respective control and drag it onto the main field. Choose among the following controls:

Reorder questions

Delete a question

Show / hide the question's title

Make the question mandatory / non-mandatory

Copy the question

Add a question to the toolbox
To modify the contents of a question, hover over the question title or an answer alternative for multiple-choice questions, and use the edit controls that appear.
NOTE: some questions can be converted to another type. To do so, click the question type and select a different option.
It is possible to add more pages to the survey, create page titles or page descriptions.
Test a template
Survey designer allows you to test your template on the spot before the final version is saved and ready for usage. Select a device to see how the survey will look on screens.

Customize a template
If necessary, you can build additional logic into the survey. To do so, go to the corresponding tab and click ADD NEW to add a rule that can modify the survey's flow.
You can define conditions and ensuing actions such as showing or hiding questions based on client answers, displaying warnings.

Only after PUBLISHING a template, surveys based on this template will be available for use.
