Global search

Overview

Global Search is an AI-powered feature located in the application header that allows you to quickly find and access key records across the system from one place.

With Global Search, you can:

  • Search across multiple record types in one place
Find Patients, Appointments, Invoices, Serial Numbers, and more using a single search bar.

  • Open records instantly
Select a result to navigate directly to the corresponding record.

  • View connected information
Related records (for example, a device and its invoice) are grouped together for easier navigation.

  • Search with minimal input
Results begin to appear after entering just three characters.

  • See only relevant results
Results are automatically filtered based on your user role and location permissions.

  • Use keyboard shortcuts
    • Open search: Ctrl + F
    • Close search: Esc
