No Bluetooth Radio was found

If you get this message, Symphony cannot detect the Bluetooth radio on your computer. 
1. Open the Task Manager:
         a. Press the CTRL, SHIFT, and ESC keys to open the Task Manager.
         b. Click on the Services tab.
         c. Right-click on Bluetooth Support Service and select Start.
