User Defined Codes in Patient Information

On Patient Information>Additional Information, there are a number of available User Defined Fields available for filtering customers. You can name them in one place, and input "answers" to suit in another in Configure>System>Settings.

These are included in the Reports & Inquiries>Patient Inquiry and you can filter on them.

In CONFIG>SYSTEM>COMPANY PARAMETERS - Click the search option on Codes Descriptions and type the name of the field as required eg Requires Interpreter

In CONFIG>PATIENT>USER-DEFINED CODES, type in the answers required in this field eg Yes, No

In CONFIG>SYSTEM>DOCUMENT PARAMETERS, click into Mandatory fields to mark a field as mandatory if required (but remember this will affect all existing patients).

In PATIENT INFORMATION in the Additional Information tab, you can access this field and set the answer as required.
